Refund policy

30 days, in plain words

Write to support@careerfirewall.com within 30 days of your purchase, with your order number. You do not need to give a reason. We issue the refund within 5 working days to the payment method you used. Your bank may take up to 10 more days to show it.

What it covers

Every edition (Guide, System, System + Coach) and the Sector Exposure Maps. The files stay yours.

System + Coach edition

A refund of the edition within 30 days cancels the founding member status. If the Career Firewall Coach app is not available by 30 June 2027, you automatically receive a fixed refund for the app in the currency of your order (50 USD, 45 EUR, 64 CAD, 70 AUD, 74 NZD, 120 BRL or 450 MXN), or a credit; on request, a refund of the whole order, with no 30-day limit (founding member terms, clause 4).

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers also have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, unless they asked for immediate delivery in the cart. See the withdrawal page. The 30-day guarantee applies in every case.

Updates and languages

Updates and new languages are part of your purchase and do not restart the 30-day period.
