Review policy

Who can review

Only verified buyers: a review is linked to an order on this store. Reviews are collected and shown through Judge.me. We do not import reviews from other platforms and we do not write reviews ourselves.

What we publish

All reviews, including negative ones, in the order they arrive. We never ask for a positive review. We never offer anything in exchange for a review and we never condition anything on the rating. If a review was incentivised in any way (for example a beta reader who received a free copy), it is labelled as such.

What we remove

Only content that is illegal, contains personal data of third parties, or is unrelated to the product. We log every removal with the reason.

Beta readers

When beta readers aged 45 to 60 read an edition before launch, each receives a free copy. Their quotes on the sales page are labelled "Beta reader · received a free copy", carry name, age and job, and are published only with written consent. Where a quote describes a result, the typical outcome is stated next to it.

How we verify

We send the review request by email 14 days after purchase, only to buyers who agreed to receive emails from us. Judge.me marks the review as "verified buyer" when it matches a paid order. We keep the consent records for 2 years.
