Right of withdrawal

The rule

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 9; Italian Consumer Code, art. 52).

The right also covers digital content delivered by download, like ours. The law would let a shop ask you to give it up in exchange for immediate delivery (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m); Consumer Code, art. 59, letter o). We do not ask you for that.

How we apply it

We send the download links right after payment. To receive them, you do not give up any right: if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you keep the 14-day right of withdrawal even after you have downloaded the files. If you withdraw, we refund everything you paid. Your order confirmation email repeats how to withdraw, so you keep this information on a durable medium.

Independently of the legal right, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. See the refund policy.

How to withdraw

Send an unambiguous statement to support@careerfirewall.com within 14 days of purchase. You may use the form below. We confirm receipt by email and refund within 14 days of your statement, to the payment method you used.

Withdraw online

Use the button "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of this page (it is also in the footer of every page). Enter your name, the order number and your email, then press "Confirm withdrawal". You see the date and time of your withdrawal on screen, and we confirm it by email right away.

The app in System + Coach AI

The app included in System + Coach AI is a digital service that starts with its public launch (planned for the first quarter of 2027). The 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase covers it too. The 30-day refund and clause 4 of the founding-member terms apply in any case.
